Transform that thought


Here are some words that can be incredibly effective.  If your ready to begin to heal then let's begin.  Lets explore the thoughts behind your fears and transform them, so they can be changed into a positive.  Instead of not dealing with negative thoughts, get in touch with them.  As each negative thought comes up, transform it, asking for it to be tranformed into a positive.  Ask to tranform the negative thought. 

Do you have any doubts about this technique?  Is a doubt a negative thought?  Yes, so its a good time to try it.  Are you ready to give that doubt up and ask that it be transformed into a positive?  Surrender your doubt to be transformed.  Ask to transform that thought.  "Transform that thought".  This simple exercise can change your life.  Every time you have a negative thought, give it up, and allow it to be transformed.
