On the path to a healthy existence we live, remember, examine, resolve, and then live again. We keep repeating this pattern, Life becomes a lesson, life becomes about connections, for that is how we grow the most, by making connections. Emotional conflicts become opportunities for resolution. We live as openly as possible, relaxing into the moment as much as possible. Words can help.
